A product is sold out, will it be returned?

If we see that a product is popular, we will certainly try to supplement it. We will keep you informed of the latest updates on our Instagram and Facebook pages, but you can also enter your email address for the sold out product and you will receive an email as soon as the product is back in stock. How does the 'Bie de Neighbor' Gift Card work?

You can have a gift card delivered to yourself or to the lucky person who receives the gift card.

You will receive the digital gift card by email.

We package the physical gift card beautifully, so that it is a pleasure to receive and give. And fits through the letterbox.

The gift card can be purchased and spent both online and offline.

Are you the lucky one who received the gift card and do you want to spend it online? Then enter the code on the card on our checkout page under the heading 'Gift voucher'.

Gift card rules:

- Enter the code stated on your gift card on the shopping cart page, in the 'Gift voucher' field.

- With a total shopping cart value of less than 75 euros, shipping costs will be automatically charged.

- You cannot buy a gift card with a gift card.

- Gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.

- When returned items have been paid for with a gift card, the amount to be returned will be placed back on the gift card. The validity stated on the gift card remains applicable.

- Gift cards issued before January 1, 2022 are valid for 1 year. Gift cards issued after January 1, 2022 are valid for 2 years, unless stated otherwise.

My gift card has expired, can you still renew it?

Since gift cards are valid for no less than 2 years, we unfortunately cannot extend them.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs vary per country. The shipping costs to your country can be found in the shopping cart or checkout page of our website. You can also collect your order for free in our store.

What is the delivery time?

We aim to ship your order within 2 working days.

As soon as we have shipped your order, you will receive a confirmation at the email address provided and an email with the Track & Trace code, with which you can track your order. NB; our emails may end up in your spam box!

Why haven't I received an order confirmation?

After placing your order you will immediately receive an order confirmation. Didn't receive an email? First, check your junk mail. If you do not find it there, something probably went wrong while entering your details or your payment may not have been completed. In this case, please contact us immediately.

Can I still change or cancel my order?

Can I exchange an item?

If you wish to exchange an item, you must return your item and reorder it.

How do I return an item?

After registering your return, you must return your return to us at your own expense within 8 days of receipt.

I have returned my order, but have not yet received a credit note.

Don't worry! Then we have not yet received or processed your order. As soon as we have received your return, we will send you a credit note by email. You can then expect the money to be in your bank account, credit card or PayPal account within a few days. When you have paid with Klarna, the outstanding amount will be settled on your Klarna account. .

My item was damaged, delivered incorrectly or incomplete, what should I do?

Oh that's annoying! Report your complaint as soon as possible, but within 3 days, via our complaints form .

My order has been returned to BdB Mode what now?

When we receive an unaccepted package, we will keep it for 14 days. During that time you can contact us to have the package resent. However, we do charge costs for this.
