The shipping costs within the Netherlands are €6.95. Orders with a value of €75 or more are shipped free of charge.

We aim to ship your order within 2 working days.
Track & Trace
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive a track & trace email from PostNL with which you can track your shipment. Keep a close eye on this, because you will no longer receive a note in the letterbox if you are not at home and your order is taken to the nearest PostNL point.
Returns
Return period
After receipt you have 8 days to return the item.
Register a return
Register your return via your account. You can find your account in the menu. Have you not created an account? Then create an account with the email address you used to place your order, and your order will automatically appear in your account.
After registering your return, you must return your return to us at your own expense.

Returns Policy
NB : If your return does not comply with our returns policy, we cannot accept your shipment back.
- The item must have original labels and price tags.
- The item must be returned unworn and undamaged.
- Items with make-up stains will not be returned.
- Discounted/sale items cannot be returned.
- The shipping and return costs are for the customer.
- Of course, items can also be returned to our store (same address).
- Do you want to return a store-bought item? Please note that no money will be refunded, but a voucher.
- Due to our rapidly changing collection, we cannot accept returns for items that fall outside our return period (8 days).
Exchange
Unfortunately, exchange is not possible. If you would like to exchange your item for another item, you must return one item and reorder the desired item.
Refund
After we have processed your return, we will refund the purchase amount as soon as possible but within 14 days via the payment method with which the purchase was completed
